It's really amazing how much the new helmets stay together after they're busted up a bit. They don't call them brain buckets for nothing.

You may or may not see the crack on the helmet, thankfully she was wearing one!

How the Dr's remove clothing from injured riders: I'll call this one "Surgical Jersey".

Years ago when I broke every bone around my heart including my collar bone when I crashed the MTB, the first thing I did was take off my jersey so that they could not cut it. It made a great sling! Of course I didn't hit my head...much, and actually rode out of the trail system on my own, so I had time to do so.

CR also broke my helmet this year when the trail jumped up out of no where and hit me in the head! Evil CR.

Glad to see your taking care of Lynne. She's a keeper for sure.

I hate it when the trail jumps and hits you in the puss! The dirt taste never quite goes away does it? She's sleeping soundly now in the recliner. Those percocets really work their charm on her - just one does the trick.
