End of the week updates:
Lynne's been out on her road bike for the first time since the crash.
She & I hit the local trail in Tosa a couple of times this past week too.
Ben's been really giving his all at football the past couple of weeks. Too bad they don't have enough kids out for the team which means they can't play a JV schedule. This week they only had 4 kids to play lineman positions and a scrimmage was cancelled.
We're heading up to race our second last WORS race this weekend - located in Shawano. Lynne will be volunteering and NOT racing. Ben & I will be racing - coming toward the end of our season.
More later....

Lynne had a Dr appointment today and had the the bandages & stitches removed. He's still concerned about an infection at the surgical site. She's back on the bike as it's attached to the trainer in the front room. She took a couple of self-portraits too.
First one - looks painful indeed.
And another with a slightly different angle. No real bruising seems to be evident. Swelling seems to be non-existant too.
